Hi, my name is Christopher Seward, founder and CEO of Upward and Onward LLC, and I couldn't be more thrilled you're here. My journey began January 8th, 2021, during the peak of COVID-19. At this time, I weighed almost 300 pounds, had no regard for my mental health or what I needed, and worst of all: I had reached an absolute stage of failure. I had neglected my nutritional health, mental health, spiritual health, and physical health all leading to a point of implosion. Something had to change.

Through my failure though, I discovered the spirit of resilience and the importance of self care. And through it all, I realized that life never goes backwards: only Upward & Onward. 

At Upward & Onward LLC., we are committed to instilling confidence, self-love, respect, and resilience in all people. Our goal is to bring awareness and place emphasis in holistic health, that focuses on the mind, body, and spirit, to include physical, mental, as well as nutritional health. 

Everything about Upward & Onward LLC. revolves around our mission to inspire change and others and bring out the best in you as well as others. We have been operating for over One Year and we have managed to build up a reputable establishment online.
